Cancellations by us
4.3 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the Event programme as advertised, however it may be necessary to alter the advertised content, date, timing, format and/or location of the Event and/or the advertised speakers. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any Event at any time.
4.4 We will provide you with notice of any cancellation, date, time, format and/or location of the Event. In the unlikely circumstance that we cancel an Event or change to the content, date, time, format and/or location of the Event, you may be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative Event held by us, subject to availability. Alternatively, we will offer you a credit for a future Event of your choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of the Event). We shall not be liable to you for travel, accommodation or other costs and expenses incurred (including wasted costs and expenses) if we are required to cancel or relocate the Event. Our liability for cancellation is set out in section 7 below.
4.5 We have no liability for any cancellation or changes made as a result of an incident or circumstance outside our control.
Cancellations by you
4.1 You may cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the date of the Event by notifying us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon cancellation you will be entitled to receive a credit for a future Event of your choice (up to the value of sums paid by you in respect of the Event).
4.2 No refunds or credits will be provided for any cancellations received within 14 days of the date of the Event or for your failure to attend an Event, you will be subject to payment in full of any outstanding delegate fees.

A conference only access pass gives you access to the main conference days, and food and refreshments throughout.
You can upgrade your pass at any time to attend the Pre-conference Workshop Day or Introduction to CAR-T Bootcamp, and Post-conference Focus Day.
10% discount – 3+ delegates
15% discount – 6+ delegates
20% discount – 12+ delegates
Please note that discounts are only valid when three or more delegates from one company book and pay at the same time. Group discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or offers, other than the early booking rates.

No. Accommodation must be booked separately to conference registration.
Upgrading your pass is easy. To ensure you receive the best possible rate, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours to upgrade your pass.
Yes. If you are unsure who from your company will be attending or for any reason cannot attend yourself, you can transfer your registration free of charge.

Yes. We offer press passes in exchange for media partnerships. Please contact email@example.com to find out more.
All registered attendees receive access to the presentation slides after the conference. Please note that sharing of these documents will be dependent on speaker approval.
You cannot receive access to the presentation slides if you do not register for the meeting.
