Upcoming Deadlines:
- EPS Logo sent and confirmed: August 10
- Passes allocated: August 14
- Alliance Advance Order Deadline for ordering exhibitor signs and custom table throws: August 19
- Exhibitor Advance Shipment Deadline: September 8 - Last day for advance shipments to arrive at warehouse without surcharges.

Alliance - Shipping and Furniture
All shipments for the event need to be processed via Alliance; if you are using your own courier then material handling rates will apply (see here for estimated costing and shipping labels). Whether shipping through Alliance or a courier please ensure you use the shipping labels provided.
Important Note - Fraudulent Accommodation Booking Scams
We have been made aware that there are third-party companies contacting our conference attendees claiming to represent Hanson Wade Group with fraudulent hotel booking schemes.
Hanson Wade Group does not work with any third parties and accommodation information will only come directly from your Event Manager.
