Hong Xin, Ph.D., is Senior Director, External Innovation Search & Evaluation, Eastern US at Johnson & Johnson Innovation – Boston Innovation Center, where she develops early-stage innovation pipelines aligned with the Janssen oncology franchise. She previously implemented strategy for the Asia-Pacific Innovation Center in Korea and spent over a decade in drug discovery within Janssen R&D, gaining deep expertise across therapeutic areas and emerging platform technologies. Her work focuses on sourcing and advancing transformative science toward novel therapeutic development.
