Steven Feldman
Site Head & Scientific Director, Laboratory for Cell & Gene Medicine Stanford GMP Facility
Steven Feldman is Site Head and Scientific Director, Laboratory of Cell and Gene Medicine (Stanford GMP Facility) at Stanford University, where he leads process development and manufacturing supporting clinical translation of cell and gene therapy programs. He directs efforts developing novel cell and therapies for the treatment of cancer and rare diseases and advancing manufacturing of gammaretroviral and lentiviral vectors to support investigator-initiated clinical trials. His research focuses on development of retroviral and lentiviral packaging cell lines and large-scale closed cell culture processes to support production of clinical reagents. Dr. Feldman holds a Ph.D., Microbiology from University of California, Berkeley.
