Yu Qian is Director, Head of Analytical Project Leads, Cell Therapies at Novartis, where she leads analytical development strategy supporting cell therapy programs. She previously advanced analytical innovation and product science for cell therapies in leadership roles at Takeda. Yu completed a Postdoc in Cancer Biology and Immunology at Harvard Medical School and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Biomedical Science from East China Normal University, specializing in immunology and drug discovery research.
