Kingyin Lee

Head of Clinical Trials MHRA

Dr. Kingyin Lee (BEng, MBBS, PhD) is the Head of Clinical Trials at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

His work focuses on advancing regulation to safely facilitate the development of new innovative medicines and trial designs.

He previously worked as a Clinical Research Physician at Simbec-Orion and as a Plastic Surgery Physician within the UK NHS. He brings wide experience across clinical research, surgery and regulatory science.

Dr. Lee holds a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, a PhD in Developmental Biology an MBBS and an BEng in Biochemical Engineering from UCL.
