Lyndsey Young

Lyndsey Young is Executive Director, Head of Quality at Tr1X, where she leads quality strategy and compliance for allogeneic cell therapy programs. She specializes in building phase-appropriate quality systems for emerging biotech companies and establishing the quality function. Lyndsey has extensive experience in GMP and GCP oversight and building strong partnerships with external suppliers. She is passionate about making quality a driver of innovation and helping bring safe, effective therapies to patients. Lyndsey finds fulfilment as a mentor for the Women in Bio Emerging Executives program and has earned ASQ CQA and CMQ/OE certifications.
